IS-IS in the lab exam [7:47616]
Does anyone know if there is any IS-IS in the lab. I have not heard anyone mentioning it, even though it's not on the exclusion list. If it is not excluded on the list, then you should not exclude it in your studies Frank Jimenez, CCIE #5738 [EMAIL PROTECTED] -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] On Behalf Of Kevin Banifaz Sent: Thursday, June 27, 2002 7:54 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: IS-IS in the lab exam [7:47616] Does anyone know if there is any IS-IS in the lab. Chances are you will not get it, and if you do, it won't be too deep, according to CCIE powersession in San Diego. I'd recommend knowing the basics and configure everything a few times. RE: IS-IS in the lab exam [7:47616]
That's the view that I am going to take when studying for my CCIE. I don't want to know only 'what' they are going to test in the labs, but rather I would like to say I would want to know everything (a tall order indeed) including outdated stuff like TR, etc as I feel that the only way you become a network god :) I would prefer to exert the maximum effort for the minimum gain in this instance. My only fear is that I wonder if the CCIE designation is going to devalue itself. But that's just a personal fear and my 0.002 cents (South African currency kinda low at the moment) Manish -Original Message- From: Frank Jimenez [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: 28 June 2002 05:09 To: Subject: RE: IS-IS in the lab exam [7:47616] If it is not excluded on the list, then you should not exclude it in your studies Frank Jimenez, CCIE #5738 [EMAIL PROTECTED] -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] On Behalf Of Kevin Banifaz Sent: Thursday, June 27, 2002 7:54 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: IS-IS in the lab exam [7:47616] Does anyone know if there is any IS-IS in the lab.
