T-1s use pins 1&2 and 4&5. So make a special crossover cable: 1 to 4, 2 to
5, 4 to 1, 5 to 2. You can use a pair of RJ-45 jacks for the crossover using
some spare wire - then use regular patch cables from the jacks to the
routers.

Side note: 56k uses pins 1&2 and 7&8. A console rollover cable works fine
for that.

You can use a cat5 cable pin out is 1245 to 4512

and one internal
