HI
I have a cisco router at a remote site that is connected to the internet
with a dynamic IP from ISP. I am using a vpn tunnel with ipsec 3DES to
connect to a Pix firewall at my central site. My question is, am I exposed
to any security problems on my cisco router?.

Based on your explanation, I can't tell what model of router and WAN
connectivity you are using. Is the router connecting to the PIX or do you
have a client behind the router connecting to the PIX. Yes, your router is
vulnerable unless you are running ACL's and CBAC. The VPN tunnel isn't
necessarily vulnerable as long as you are using strong encryption.
