I know you can set it to reload at a certain time, with the reload at command, but that will only allow you a quick reload. I use it all the time when I upgrade the IOS on the switches. Then I set them to reload during the middle of the night... If all the complicated answers fail try putting a timer switch on the socket that the device is powered from. hi cisco buddy's, I hv 3500 series access switch's in my networ. In that i need shutdown for some access switches. and shutdown time is night time. so i can't do mannually.
