Re: [c-nsp] Upgrading Software using TFTP server in a Nexus 7000

2011-06-12 Thread Martin Clifton
Hi,

If you are using the default control plane policy then you will find that
this is rate-limiting your tftp, causing it to timeout.

You can adjust your policy or disable it for the duration of your tftp
session.

Regards, Martin

Hi,

Make sure the TFTP server/service is running, it's not firewalled and
the file exists on it, with the proper name and read permissions.

I can ping my TFTP server from the switch and i can ping the switch so i
know i have two way communication. Have Anyone of you guys ran into this

[c-nsp] IP SLA on redundant backhauls

2011-06-12 Thread Jeferson Guardia
Hi,

I have the following scenario

ISP --- link A -- CE
   link B -

I have a lot of voice traffic on this backhaul.. The problem is that when a
circuit has problems in terms of (errors incrementing) but circuit doesnt go
down at all, ospf is stable but voice is not reliable to be routed thru that
circuit.

I want to deploy a IP SLA application to evaluate jitter/loss every 10
seconds and In case there are CRC errors etc. I want to stop routing traffic
out of that circuit for a while.. What would you recommend in terms of IP
SLA and that redundant backhaul setup I have with OSPF ?
