It seems we have a winner! :) I have added the info also to the Fosdem2006 wiki page: http://developer.classpath.org/mediation/Fosdem2006 I'll try to be there around 18:00. I look forward with some amusement to the sight of people unfamiliar with the Geuze trying it for the first time... Aaah ... I recalls a nice place from FOSDEM 2003, that one? I think we went there, yes. But I've been many times, so I can't remember whether it was in 2003. Andrew.
Re: [FOSDEM] Friday meeting! My problems with trains
My train connection is such that I arrive at 19:26 directly into Charleoi from Namur. I will try to come to La Mort Subite - 7 rue Montagne aux Herbes Potageres as soon as possible, but surely there is no any hope at 18:00. It is the earliest train connection that the station was able to offer. It would be very nice to have the start of the meeting later or move it to the Saturday evening (when all folk will be in place) or probably Sunday evening (I do not know when the majority of people depart, I depart on Monday). Making the meeting in the first day so ealy may restrict the number of people who are able to come. Dalibor, are you travelling from Zurich also? What about your train connection? Or you fly? It will just be a fun event to know each other better. And we will certainly try to go out together on Saturday night after the formal FOSDEM program. (Anyone suggestions?) Tom Tromey writes: Keith == Keith Seitz [EMAIL PROTECTED] writes: Keith A La Mort Subite - 7 rue Montagne aux Herbes Potageres I like the name, I vote for here. A La Mort Subite is a great place. It also has the advantage of being pretty big. If it doesn't work out there we can always make our way to the cafe next to T'Kelderke on the Grand Place -- it has lots of room upstairs. Andrew.
