I totally agree. My failure is to wave a salt shaker above the salad. My wife also has to look for low sugar on those menus. Hi Richard, I also have water collecting in my lower feet especially in my ankle's. Ever since I had my kidney transplant. I also take some Lasix but I break those tiny pills in half so they are only 10mg just before I go to sleep. Yes, I do get up several times a night but it is well worth it considering I had to go through dialysis. However the most important thing is that I have a special wedged foam pillow that I support my legs with, and every morning I get up with those skinny lower legs. They were 1.2 then and over the years now 2 months ago they are at a high of 1.67. but it goes up and down. Sometimes 1.4 or 1.5.
