I did not rebuild it but had it done about 7 years ago and it has been
fine since.It was $1200 back then.It came with a 1 yr guarantee.I would
look for someone that does this maybe a local transmission shop and avoid
the frustration.

Not being alot for sale is a sign of not too many were made relative to
other production boats and owners just like them .We have had ours over 15
yrs. With that said I do have my price thatI would sale her for like
everyone here has their price. We have moved to west coast of Florida
now.As for them sailing like a "dog" per a earlier comment I disagree. They
perform very nice for what they are designed for.Not sure I want to go
offshore with a a boat that does 5 knots in a 7 breeze.

Shawn we have a 1984 Landfall 43 for the last 16 years. We like it and think
it is very comfortable.Like you we did it based on best boat for our
budget.I think they all leak around the fixed ports and I have replaced
them and no water bow.You get lots of breeze with all the hatches and
ports.I like it because I am 6ft 3 and can stand up.A very good survey will
support your list of things to do and consider .We do have a upgraded
engine Westerbeke 70 .Not sure how you intend to use her .I think she sails
very well .I think I saw this boat for sale and not sure about her tankage
but it has a watermaker. We have 120gals.it is not easy to find a place for
generator so we have a small gas portable if we need to take.I can answer
more if you pm me.

Neil and Tom. It is on Lake Lanier .no icw.it came by truck from Florida
and returns to our second home there on West coast Florida. It requires a
truck and that is why I asked the group. Last time I use a transportation
truck company was 15 years ago and my go to driver is retired.

Stus-List Re: Boric Acid Powder

2021-08-30 Thread david coleman via CnC-List
I have been told that boric acid works because it clings to their legs
.However spiders do not clean their legs so they do not ingest it.Might
want to research and confirm. We use spider spray and dryer sheets .
