Stus-List Yanmar Parts ?
Hi all, I have ordered Yanmar parts from "marine diesel direct" for years as they had a good website that made finding the correct part fairly straight forward and they seemed to have good prices. But I have not been able to connect with their website today, using multiple electronics. They still show up in web searches, but no joy on connecting with the website. Anybody else use them and / or know what happened to them? More importantly, where are people getting Yanmar parts? My local dealer is typically 30% or more higher which even after shipping charges makes online a better deal. Am in CT and currently having the first real snow fall in years. 5" and counting. Thanks, Brian Please show your appreciation for this list and the Photo Album site and help me pay the associated bills. Make a contribution at: https://www.paypal.me/stumurray Thanks for your help. A friend with a Universal found the pump part# and then went to Kubota dealer and had a pump in less than 24 hours and $200. I believe John devere is also yanmar motors. I wonder if something similar could be done Mike From: CnC-List [cnc-list-boun...@cnc-list.com] on behalf of bwhitmore via CnC-List [cnc-list@cnc-list.com] Sent: September 13, 2018 5:30 PM To: cnc-list@cnc-list.com Cc: bwhitmore Subject: Re: Stus-List Yanmar Parts >From what I have found Yanmar tightly restricts who can sell their parts and >the prices that are charged. There is no such thing as reasonably price parts for a Yanmar engine. From what I have found Yanmar tightly restricts who can sell their parts and the prices that are charged. I too, feel your pain. Does anyone have a source for Yanmar engine parts at reasonable prices? The local Yanmar distributor wants $609 for a new water pump. It's about $100 cheaper on ebay.
