I've made changes to LICENSE.txt, NOTICE.txt, and README.txt according

2011-01-07 Thread Karl Wright
Hi all,

The incubator required us to not include any built jars etc in the
release, for space reasons. There were also a large number of other
requests, which I've tried to fulfill. The upshot is that I think
we're going to need to revote on this release. I would appreciate it
if committers could download the new artifact at
http://people.apache.org/~kwright and let me know if it still gets
your +1.

Thanks!
