Yes, I tried recycling the server after making these modifications, but then the service did not show up. Should I recycle the Windows Operating System itself? Sure. I tried setting the three properties I mentioned below to values different from the default, since I already have another service using the default values. I recycled the server, but the service did not show up in the Services box; here I was unsuccessful. Please let me know what other information I can provide. The closest I went to was the wrapper.conf file in \bin\win32. In there I found these settings which I set to specific values. However, I was not successful. You can have multiple continuum instances on a single server, just change the port in apps/continuum/conf/application.xml and the paths in the configuration (you have to start the server to change this) (http://ci2:8080/continuum/admin/configuration!input.action) We have 5 instances running on one linux box.
