The behavior, however, is NOT identical to when I submitted the bug -- now the dialog box comes up starting at the top, whereas before it was already scrolled to the bottom (i.e., it's slightly better now but not completely fixed). However, since there's plenty of screen real-estate, there's no reason to make a dialog box that scrolls when sizing it slightly larger would put the entire text on the screen. I realize I am picking nits by reopening this but if you make the dialog box 10 pixels bigger it'll be done.
