arrgh, my stupidity (it was late, and I am tired) I want to try an install off of the loop mounted iso. how do I test the install process in order to test that the hdlists are not corrupt? Is there a method of testing an ISO before burning? I really want to be able to boot a loop mounted iso, and check that all the hdlists and depslists files all got created correctly, any Ideas?
