The one I got from Club Commercial area (which is the one in PowerPack)  works 
fine for me.

flash-plugin-6.0.79-1.i386 (due to unsatisfied libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3)

If you have used the
install_flash_player_6_linux.tar.gz
as a user then this flash unit will be installed as 
/home/user/.mozilla/plugins
for KDE this is an invisible place as it looks under
/home/user/.netscape/plugins
That's why you will have to add for konqueror:
$HOME/.mozilla/plugins
and everything should work.

Don't you have the 3rd CD? That package is on the 3rd one.

I assume that this is from Texstar's repository (notice the *tex*
extension). It is not an official Mdk RPM by any means.
