If you've got it then please post it here on the list and it'll get included for the next version. The graphical install on a radeon based TiBook should work. I reworked it while I had Phil's on loan and it uses the XFree driver, rather than Xpmac. I look at /proc/fb to decide which method to use. Hello Dave! Likely you are running into the same problem that I had. I am not sure about all New World macs but Quite a few around the era of the first iMacs have a problems with their Open Firmware that prevents them from booting anything that is outside the 8 gig barrier. I have three operating systems on my iMac but the problem was getting them all to boot. Finally, I found that in order to to boot them all I had to have everything fall within the first 8gigs. So on my system I have OS X.1, then pure Darwin, then the yaboot bootloader, and finally the root partition of Mandrake. I was told that as long as the boot loader fell within the first eight gigs Mandrake would boot. That did not work though. The boot loader and the entire root (/)partition MUST be within the 8GB barrier. This is a pain, but a fact of life. If everything else is working and there is no configuration error in the yaboot.conf which you can reach by typing rescue when you get the yaboot prompt screen. Then go through the choices like you are going to install and then you will get to a console rescue screen eventually. Umm you said your iMac was Rev.B Bondi Blue. Which is listed on the site I gave you. The only known laptops to be affected are Powerbook G3's.
