In the last guidelines, it states up to 5 to 7 recipes per member a day. I am suggesting this. If you send in a recipe, don't do it by forwarding it from another email address. Please cut and paste the recipe and if you want, you can say where you got it from. I don't care much about reading forwarded messages. In my opinion, enough has been said about these issues. Okay, let's say no more than 5 to 8 recipes in one day. Let's try to stay on subject and if you don't want a message that comes in, just hit your delete key. That's what I do. You don't have to bother opening the message, if you don't want to hear it or read it. I hadn't noticed that there was a problem lately. I'm remembering when someone posted from 25 to 50 brownie recipes; that was a bit much. But nothing like that has happened recently.
