*JOB SUMMARY*

Serve as combination Business Analyst and technical resource assigned to
plan, design, develop, configure and implement dot NET (aka .NET) Systems.

*PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES*

   - Work with Information Technology team and customers to obtain and
   document requirements by creating artifacts such as Use Cases, User
   Stories, Requirements Definitions, Process Flows, Process Definitions, and
   User Interface Design.
   - Work with team members independently to design, code, configure and
   test dot NET Applications.
   - Utilize Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 or higher and TFS and/or
   Bitbucket to develop and maintain code.
   - Develop database objects like tables, views and/or functions and
   integrate them with the dot NET solutions.
   - Interact with development team and management staff. Conduct status
   meetings, document meeting minutes & action items. Provide regular status
   reports.
   - Create and update technical and functional documentation of the system
   developed.
   - Act as the technical expert to answer questions and troubleshoot
   problems with the dot NET applications and corresponding databases. Able to
   debug, revise and update code.
   - Be responsible in maintaining a safe working environment always.
   - Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*
*Education and Experience:*

   - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related
   area preferred.
   - Two (2) years' experience in Information Technology.
   - Three (3) years' general experience in doing development and
   configuration work in dot NET.
   - Two (2) years' experience playing a significant role in developing and
   deploying dot NET framework 4.5 (and above) and MVC framework Applications.
   - Technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365 online), and
   SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), dot NET Mono would be a plus.
   - Understanding of Agile methodologies

*Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*

   - Specific experience including but not limited to ASP.NET
   , SQL Server, C#, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
   - Experience with MVC Framework, Visual Studio, and Web APIs.
   - Experience in developing logic and implements secure coding solutions
   to prevent/mitigate coding vulnerabilities such SQL-Injection and
   cross-site scripting.
   - Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database and SQUT-SQL
   - Knowledge of Angular, jQuery and bootstrap
   - Experience with a mobile configuration such as Mono is a plus.
   - Knowledge of object-oriented programming methodologies, structured
   systems analysis, design tools, and software development lifecycle
   - Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work well
   in a team environment. Ability to focus on tasks and complete in a timely
   manner with minimal distractions such as cell phones.

*SECURITY SENSITIVE POSITION*
This position is a "Security Sensitive" position. Capital Metro will
conduct annual criminal background checks on incumbents in this position. A
position is "Security Sensitive" if the incumbent handles currency, has
access to sensitive computerized databases, has access to master keys, or
works in an area of the Capital Metro that has been designated as a
security-sensitive area.

Summary:

Position requires developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform

Qualifications:

BS Degree in Computer Science or related field

3+ years of IT experience

3+ years in ServiceNow experience

Extensive knowledge in Javascript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, XML, Webservices,
Angular JS

Advanced scripting knowledge in business rules, UI pages, UI actions,
Workflows, ACLs, Script Includes, Notifications

Experience in implementation and customization of core applications
including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Configuration Management,
Service Catalog and Service Portal

Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party software using
REST/SOAP including scripted web services, MID servers.

Experience in Service Portal and building custom widgets using AngularJS

Strong experience in building custom scoped applications in ServiceNow

Experience in configuring and maintaining CMDB including Discovery, Asset
Management is highly desired

Excellent verbal/written communication, excellent attention to details,
ability to multitask, effective time management skills

Strong work ethic, self-motivated and well organized; able to work under
pressure to tight deadlines
