To build high performance next gen applications using React JS, Node JS,
Spring Boot, Restful services and open source DB as the back end, in agile
development methodology.

*Responsibilities:*

• Working with business team and business analysts to gather the project
requirements. Then do the estimation for the requirements and also plan
development activities.

• Designing, Developing, Testing and Implementing high performance and high
availability enterprise applications

• Scale distributed applications, make architectural trade-offs applying
synchronous and asynchronous design patterns, write code and deliver with
speediness and quality.

• Conducting Impact Analysis, creating technical Specifications as per the
high level design and creating unit test plans to develop, validate and

company-wise critical programs.

• Creating program specifications and load test plans for software programs

integration and deployment using current CICD applications and processes.

• Use Agile Methodologies like Test Driven Development, SCRUM, and Pair
Programming to develop the applications. Actively participates in a Scrum
environment, iterate quickly, and contribute toward key goals. Participate
in Sprint Retro, PSI and Story refining sessions

• Optimizing applications for better performance, maintainability and
operational efficiency.

• Analyze and fix various production incidents with root-cause analysis.
Troubleshoot critical issues and implement solutions to avoid any impact on
the business activities and communicate to the business users .

• Create and deploy various automation tools to reduce redundant incidents
that will help in reducing the overall effort from the support team also
helping the average turnaround time for fixing issue.

Five years test automation experience with a minimum of three years at a
senior level. Demonstrated. Experience in selecting, designing, and

- Responsible for the Software Quality Assurance team, leading new and
existing Quality Assurance initiatives, and will be instrumental in
managing QA processes, driving test methods, risk analysis, resource
