   - We are looking for a solid, very experienced Scrum Master who can work
   with different squads and senior agile coaches
   - Must have a solid grasp and actual experience with the Agile
   practices, knowledge of Kanban
   - Must have a deep understanding and extensive experience with regarding
   release and sprint planning
   - Candidate must be Agile savvy and have a good handle on the latest Agile
   tools, Practices, and Concepts
   - Must have strong knowledge of Agile engineering practices such as
   Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, Test-Driven Development, and
   Pair Programming
   - Must have strong experience in Jira
   - Must have the ability to work with large / distributed teams
   - Must have strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
   - Experience training teams and large groups is a plus
   - Requires proven experience in change management, status reporting, and
   issue/risk management
   - Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
   - Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating. Possesses the ability to

   - Understanding of TFS and other Scrum tools to drive project deliveries
   based on client defined guidelines
   - Agile\Scrum process for content development team on .NET/Java
   - DevOps (Development and Operations) process knowledge using
   TFS\Nexus\UrbanCode Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process both on
   premises and cloud
   - Microsoft Azure framework to develop and deploy



*Desired Skills:*

   - Knowledge of Site Core Content Management System (CMS) software.
   - Deployment process in Windows Azure/Cloud environment/in-premises
   - Knowledge of FHIR compliance and Healthcare standards
   - Experience with Databases like IBM DB2, SQL Server
   - Healthcare domain knowledge
