[Coworking] Re: Coworking Space Rules

2008-10-09 Thread Ariel Waldman

Hi everyone,

Re: NASA, I wanted to wait until we had more details before I made any
larger announcement, but I'll go ahead and make a separate post to say
I'm working on it.

Sorry to take this thread off topic!

Julie, if you're up to gathering when you are in NYC, email me as you get
 closer to the date.

Tara, thanks for sharing the rules.  We compiled rules from member

What kind of posted community rules do you have at your coworking

[Coworking] Coworking @ NASA

2008-10-09 Thread Ariel Waldman

Hi everyone,

I wanted to wait to post this to the group until we had more details
locked down, but it seems you all want to know any details that I have
at the moment on this subject!

I work in the NASA Ames Research Center in Mountain View as a program
coordinator for NASA CoLab ( http://colab.arc.nasa.gov ) and one of my
main responsibilities is to head up coworking environments. My team
recently moved into a new coworking space in Mountain View that is
open to the public and we're still in the process of forming all the
details and house rules as well as making it more awesome overall.
We'll have an open house/coworking day soon, and I will *definitely*
announce that on this group when it's confirmed.

Our website in progress for coworking details (past/present, virtual/
physical) at NASA can be found at http://colab.arc.nasa.gov/coworking
. You can subscribe to NASA CoLab's blog feed at
http://colab.arc.nasa.gov/blog/feed
.

Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime, I'll do my best
to answer what I can!
