Re: [Coworking] Re: What is your favorite coworking management software?

2019-01-25 Thread VillageOne Space
Hi There,

I have been using Nexudus for 4 months, it works fine but the learn curve
is bit complicated, OfficeR looks great, but they usually reply my emails
after a week, that was the main reason I used Nexudus in the beginning, I
would love to hear other people's opinion about them.

Re: [Coworking] Re: Do I need to get a commercial dishwasher?

2018-06-11 Thread VillageOne Space
My building don't have issue about what kind of dishwasher I am going to
use, but I am just wondering are there any regulatory department from the
government would check on us and be very specific about it. But I am not
running a food business or a bar, so I believe that residential dishwasher
should be good for office setting, of course, I want to be sure about it.

Can any co-working owner give me some advice? or tell me what kind of
dishwasher are you using?

Re: [Coworking] New Coworking Space owner

2018-05-31 Thread VillageOne Space
Hi Harsh,

I am also a new comer, and my place haven't open yet, but I think there are
some important things you need to know before you move:

1: Decide who are you costumers, are you going to have private rooms? make
your membership plans, and make your marketing plans.

2: Decide your hours, are you going to open 24/7? you might want to look
Access Control System.

3: Decide your management platform, if you are not going to hire a
developer(which I highly recommend not to), you might want to choose one.

4: Build a website, which can be done by yourself.

There are millions of small pieces you need to put together, I believe
someone more experienced in this group can give you good advices, and ask
whatever questions you have.

Re: [Coworking] Do you usually running 24/7? how do you control the security issue?

Hi, David,

Thank you for your information, I just had a talk with Josh from Proximity,
I really like their approach of trying to help me to figuring out things,
but my concern is they are pretty new company, and not many co-working
places are using them, so my question is as a user of theirs, how do you
like their product, are they reliable? and easy to use? it would be great
help if you could provide me with some insights.

Thanks again for your advices.
