I'd also vote no. Using SASS for more than a year now, I've found that
issues I run in to have less less to do with CSS per se, than SASS or
Compass, and would prefer this list purely CSS related.

[css-d] CSS menu at 320px

I'm having trouble seeing what I'm doing, in a manner of speaking, at 320px.

FF will show me most of what's happening with the responsive view, but since 
I'm working on a desktop, I still have "hover" behavior, plus there seems to be 
something in the way of selecting another header nav li if one subnav is 
already visible, blocking the ones beneath it.

Any suggestions how to clear up this snarl? Link below.
