A link to a web site with a interesting movie is a potential good start of a
relationship.
An embedded video in the email message is tantamount to a good addition to the
spam filter.

Embedded videos better be opt-in or the sender will be sorry they were so
stupid.

God preserve me from those who would embed video in e-mail.
It is bad enough having video inflicted on me when I visit
a web site, but to have it arrive in an e-mail would indicate
to me that the sender had no concern whatsoever for the
civilities of electronic intercourse.

[css-d] Having trouble adding video to web page.

2014-06-04 Thread Rod Castello
Hi All,
Need some quick, real world advice on adding an mp4 video to a web page.
It needs to work in modern versions of major browsers. I can skip the
iPhone display but would be nice to have that too.
The page is responsive and I would need to be able to control the width for
various column or screen widths.

Is there a good tutorial on this?
Do I need to request different versions...mp3, webm?
I'm thinking get it on youtube might be an easy fix. Any thoughts on that?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I will be swapping it out with the video on this page:
http://www.axs.com/betexperience

Thanks,

Rod Castello
