On IE7 your left navigation ripples. A height or margin/padding or font change?

The Internet instruction list is peculiarly positioned compared to Fire Fox.

Most importantly, your flyout menu doesn't work in IE6. The technique
works fine in modern browsers and even IE7. For IE6 you'll need to use
one of several possible tricks. Two of the standard sources are:

Well, I checked it myself this morning, and it looks awful in IE 7. I
think the problem is with declaring any positional variables. In this
case, I positioned the banner. If I come up with a solution I will share
it, as I'm guessing others may wish to position the top as well.
Meanwhile, any suggestions?

Header overlaps the content/left sidebar.
 
Right sidebar is at the top of  the Header section.Ernie :))
