Point taken, it wasn't clear to me that the cut-off wasn't just part of the screen shot until now. I'm trying to think of a way so that the four buttons can each take up about 25% of the width of the form so they don't overflow like that though. width: 25% (minus margins and padding). Oops, yes that's good. Still though, I'm struggling with my main issue here that in IE elements in the form itself are getting squashed horizontally. The buttons seem off there, but those are a minor concern in relation to the overall form layout, which looks okay to me in your SS.
