Genetic engineering is very advanced, cloning etc. is a reality (and many contend it has been used for several decades at least). As unpolitically correct as it is to say so, there are certain distinctive DNA features for Black people, gays, left-handed people etc. They can use that to make the virus far more agressive towards such people. How do you know this? Do you just make stuff up? What you think you are describing, can't be done yet. There is a way to target certain groups, but not through " genetic engeneering." Perhaps you should try and pass a high school level biology class and learn a bit about it, rather than making these hysterical allegations. As for the "Blacks", he was referring mainly to Africa - which he believes is a planned depopulation (Global 2000-type thingy) to loot and usurp the abundant resources from the ever-growing, so-called "worthless eaters" there by 2066. Rense stated that he believes that such depopulation will happen much earlier if the present rate of 'AIDS' (or whatever the fuck it is) continues. That what he claims is actually possible to do. According the gubbnmint docs he uncovered it seems VERY possible. Whether they are genuine or not, I don't know. Rense seemed quite taken by them, though - and he doesn't strike me as a fool (on most issues). Or... This shyster race hustler is out to invent a race based case to make a buck. I'd say making a buck probably has something to do with it, but why does it have to be either-or? And isn't he entitled to a little compensation for his 8-9 years of intense research; after all, time is money? C'mon guys. There are real conspiracies. Maybe. Once produced, the virus was then released in Africa through smallpox vaccines and in New York City during a controlled Hepatitis B experimental vaccine, he said. "The issue is not what I believe, because this is the truth and these are the facts," he explains. "I have the program that made the AIDS virus." Maybe. But it's a huge leap to claim that they targeted anyone group specifically. Once the disease is out there, there is no way to control it. This does not make for a good weapon. This moron would do better claiming that the Pentagon developed sickle cell anemia. That would be a more ethnospecific weapon. Try reading up on the terrible health effects black children suffer from being forced to drink milk at government run schools. We're not talking about milk. We're talking about aids.
