MJ: EXACTLY why the various 'floaters' on campaign finance reform will NOT work as they merely handicap one sector rather than addressing the TRUE problem which is this vote-buying by unconstitutional program. By getting idiot groupies to join one of their teams, each side of stooges are fighting against the other.
