include provisions for the losing parties’ financial responsibility in

stopped short of billing losing parties for state costs associated with
facilitating trial. All this, part of a new Supreme Court decision out of

well, genisoimage is generating isos that are nul bytes from start to end,
on this teres.

reinstalling from my local mirror seems to fix it. maybe important to
reinstall other packages too. but, i've already moved the disk drive back,
breaking unidirectionality of device reattachment once, no need to repeat.

transferring the files using my normal approach, or at least what i've done
recently

and it's contributed! I wanted to clean it up more but i'm kinda spazzing

after I make something work I like to close up the parts

I made a patch to my flasher source, to add a command to the debugging
console to test the pins

it's not the be all and end all, but it helps so much when the programmer
is miswired to probe all the pins, it makes sense to try to contribute it

I also made a patch to serialice, to run on my board

both of these were made on an olimex teres I have from which the wifi radio
chip has been severed .

right now this system is trying to install debian x86_64 in qemu (the
machine is aarch64), but it keeps running into issues. it's very very slow,
a small hobbyist sbc running this cross-architecture vm.

I did something funny: I detached a cdrom drive from my raspberry pi and
attached it to this system, to make it easy to install debian. I try not to
move devices between networked and non-networked machines so as to relearn
some facsimile of secure habits. when I do do this, I experience increased
problems with the non-networked machines, although there is a big chance
that I cause these myself.

having done that is likely part of my confusion around moving the flasher
patch off the system.

so, I guess i'll go ahead and just move the drive over. without burning
anything. it'll make the setup more familiar to me, and help me understand
what i'm doing. alternatively I could bite the bullet and try to burn it
right now . i'll do that!

that they have "serious concerns" about the efficacy, privacy and security of 
technology it provides to 10 federal agencies.

Carolyn Maloney, chair of the House Oversight Committee, and Jim Clyburn, the 
Democratic whip, to ID.me chief executive Blake Hall. It was dated Thursday.

The letter reflects unease over the use of facial recognition software to 
secure important transactions, including those with the Internal Revenue 
Service, amid concerns about privacy violations and inaccuracy.

For its part, ID.me touted its efforts in helping U.S. agencies fight 
government benefits fraud by foreign criminal gangs.

"We look forward to providing important information to the Committee on how 
ID.me has expanded access to government for disadvantaged Americans, including 
individuals who do not have credit history, are underbanked or are without a 
home," the company said in a statement.

People in Turkey rebelled years ago. A rapid step backward was taken after the 
Gezi park protests in 2013, and an authoritarian process began.
My dad was injured in Gezi Park and a serious legal battle started here. 
Frankly, the government is politically targeting people here, myself included.

Economists in Turkey may face up to three years in prison for
publishing 'unofficial' data on indicators without first obtaining
approval from the country's statistics agency, according to Bloomberg,

annual inflation rate of 142.63% - more than double the official

flasher works again :D

Debugging it was greatly helped by having labeled my pin wires.

I was looking into the firmware and discovered it had a debugging mode that
opened an interactive terminal.

I added a command to the terminal source to send test values on the various
pins, outputting text describing where each logic level should end up.

I found one of my wires was miswired and mislabeled in a hard-to-notice
way. Maybe I rewired it wrongly after it fell out or something. I tested
and verified each voltage level, ignoring logic flow.

Annnd now it works!

Now to clean things up and use it again.
Topic _seems_ resolved. Ideally I contribute code successfully to coreboot,
a larger goal.

In the meantime, I found a local makerspace and started a radio tool.
