applications in p2p for the enterprise as well as emerging "darknets"

The question I've been thinking about is how to support (efficient)
search in such settings. Currently, when we search for access
controlled files we must individually authenticate and search each
relevant repository. But in a massively distributed environment, how
do you know what repositories are relevant? And even if you did,
searching all of them independently would be too much trouble.  An
alternative is to have every information provider allow its content to
be indexed by a centralized index host, but the trust & security
requirements of such a host would be too high to be practical.

We've written a paper that addresses this problem and proposes an
alternative solution.  The idea is to build a specialized index
structure that does not reveal any specific details about the content
being shared. As such it is suitable for storage on untrusted nodes,
e.g. typical (super) peers in a p2p network.

2003泰国中国商品博览会..报名火爆！原因多多！

1、 我会去年12月6-9日首届博览会的成功举办。该届博览会共租用展厅面积5700平方米，标准展位3*3共228个，有来自中国各行各业、各省市的知名企业150家，参展人员近300人。参展展品主要以汽车、摩托车及零配件、机电类、五金类为主、还涉及化工类、医疗保健品类、工艺品类、纺织服装类、农产品及农用化肥类等八大类，上千个品种，共3余件，成交和意向成交1亿5000万美元。
2、 中国入世后关税的降低，加大了泰国对我国商品的需求，同时有条件也有能力与泰国的最大贸易伙伴日本和美国形成强劲对手，争夺泰国市场；
3、去年，朱?基总理出席了十加一领导人会议，并签署了《中国与东盟全面经济合作框架协议》，启动了中国与东盟建立自由贸易区的进程，泰国是东盟十国的经济枢纽中心，十加一协议"执行前，中国将有可能率先与泰国实现"一加一"零关税自由贸易区。而所有这一切都说明，泰国中国商品展览会召开恰逢其时，它将进一步推动和促进中、泰两国的经贸往来。
4、中国政府在财政上加大对国内中小企业开拓国际市场的支持；
5、朱?基总理访泰时明确表示中国政府高度重视与泰国的经贸合作，愿进一步做出积极努力，在互惠互利的基础上拓展双边经贸合作；
6、泰国工商各界及领导人的大力支持；
7、我会将与多个行业分会和地方分会共同合作招展； 
8、泰国的华人对中国的商品尤其是消费品情有独钟，并且华商基本控制着泰国经济命脉，便于中国企业进入泰国市场与其开展合作；
9、为已打入泰国的中国企业提供更加便利的宣传条件。

2003泰国-中国商品展览会情况简介

据中华人民共和国海关统计，截止2002年10月份以前，中泰两国进出口额达675，425万美元，累计比上年同期增长17.1%，两国的双边贸易正不断增强

2001年底, 我国加入世贸组织之后，影响中国产品进入泰国市场的主要因素－－高关税已自动消除。去年底，中国与东盟十国达成了十加一框架协议，即到2010年，中国--东盟将建成自由贸易区，届时将形成一个拥有十七亿消费者、近二万亿美元国内生产总值、一点二万亿美元贸易总额的经济区，从而成为世界上人口最多的自由贸易区。 

   泰国处于东盟国家的经济核心地位，在十加一协议执行前，中国与泰国将于2005年率先实现一加一自由贸易区。因此，泰国也是今后我国产品进入东盟市场的桥头堡和重要的转口基地。

我会于2002年12月6日至9日在曼谷成功主办了首届"中国商品展览会"，共租用展厅面积6000平方米，有来自中国各行各业、各省市的知名企业200多家参展。展品涉及汽车、摩托车及零配件、机电、化工、五金、医疗保健品、工艺品、纺织服装、农产品等，共上千个品种、3余件。本次展会参观人次达6万，其中泰国观众占85%，东南亚国家观众近15%。展览期间，参展商共结识以泰国为主的各国客商2000余家，成交和意向成交1亿5000万美元。泰国政府和中国驻泰大使馆都对展会十分重视，泰国政府副总理功×塔帕兰诗先生在开幕前亲自接见了中国国际商会副会长安成信和中国贸促会通用产业行业分会会长张忠等展团领导。中国驻泰大使晏廷爱也亲临开幕式现场。

I have a friend who won a county prosecutor election about ten years ago, and he told me the prevailing theory on child predators is that no therapy works and the best strategy is to try to get them the maximum time in jail thus keeping them from being able to abuse more children.

Of course this case has obviously violated the first amendment, this guy didn't abuse actual children, just wrote a rather sick and twisted story about keeping kids locked in cages in a basement for sexual entertainment.  Knowing the power structure as I do they care jack shit about the constitution, but rather about practical ways to keep predators off the street.

I noted that the Dalton was also ordered to have no Internet access, which is interesting as he didn't do an Internet crime. His diary was in handwritten print form.

decision to come here to seek asylum, is because the security
company from South Africa, has a branch holland and they
have moved the deposit from their office in Johannesburg down here.

However, in my capacity as the deputy secretary, to both the Local Organizing Committee (LOC), and the Nigerian Football Association (NFA), I, along with two of my colleagues in sensitive positions were able to over-invoice most contracts, which were awarded for the construction and the refurbishing of the 8 stadia used for the competition. The contractors who handled these projects have been paid-off. 

It is pertinent to note that a total sum of Thirty-two million United States Dollars (US$32,000,000.00) was realized as over-invoice after the successful completion of the project. This over-invoiced sum is lying in my organization's (NFA) suspense account with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), ready for transfer into the beneficiary’s account oversea, waiting for the appropriate opportunity to do so. In this years (2003) budget speech, the new Civilian President has ordered that all foreign contractors’ debts should be paid in order to boost more Foreign investors into Nigeria. On this note, I have been unanimously mandated by my two colleagues to seek an honest and trustworthy Foreigner who will assist in ensuring the successful transfer of the above sum into a personal/company account since the Nigerian code of conduct does not allow us (Civil servants) to operate foreign accounts.
