Ed,

I am trying to run through the tutorial on line called The Step-By-Step 
Guide to Dabo Programming. That is the message I get when I try to run 
option from the menu.

I think you may have mis-typed; do you mean it happens when you try  
to run the design?

Also, please include your system/version information, as there are  
many bugs that have been fixed, and you may be running an older  
version. To get that information, open up the Class Designer, and then  
open the 'About' dialog in the Help menu. Copy the info, and paste it  
in the reply. That will allow us to start to figure out what  
environment you have. Without that, there isn't much we can do.

Thanks, Paul.  That worked great, but now I have another problem: the

I think it is likely that the problem reduces down to you using the 
ascii version of wxPython instead of unicode. Can you install the 
unicode wxPython and try again?
