Bug#557760: zabbix-server-mysql: Init script doesn't wait long enough for Zabbix Server to start
Package: zabbix-server-mysql Version: 1:1.6.6-5 Severity: important Hi, During the last upgrade Zabbix Server refused to start and remains therefore in a unconfigured state because the init script reports a failure starting the daemon. Bug#418416: libsqlite3-ruby1.8: New version 1.2.1 is needed because rails 1.2.x is incompatible with sqlite3 3.3.7
Package: libsqlite3-ruby1.8 Version: 1.1.0-4 Severity: important Hi, A new version 1.2.1 of sqlite3-ruby is available. Since sqlite 3.3.8 is out, it has become incompatible with Rails, due to the way default values are shown in the schema informations. Sqlite 3.3.14 is also incompatible with Rails. sqlite3-ruby 1.2.1, as announced here (http://rubyforge.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=11954), solves this problem and make Rails 1.2 work again with the version of Sqlite3 packaged in Debian. Bug#407858: digikam: Digikam used to set file's date to the date the picture/movie was taken, but not anymore
Package: digikam Version: 2:0.8.2-3 Severity: normal Hi, Some time ago, at least 6 month ago but I can't be more precise as I don't know exactly when the problem started, Digikam use to set the date of the downloaded files to the date the picture or movie was taken by the camera. This way, it was easy to change movies name to hold the date, with a shell script. This is needed because, contrary to JPEG files with exif extensions, MPEG movies do not have any date header. Some weeks ago I noticed that Digikam gives the current date and time to the pictures/movies I download from my camera :( I therefore no longer know when a film was taken. Is it possible to reverse this regression and make digikam change the item's date during download? I'm using a Canon Powershot G3 camera. Bug#382376: cyrus-imapd-2.2: Create Debian packages for version 2.3 of Cyrus
Hi, on 06.01.2007 19:45 Alexander Myodov said the following: Hello, Trying not to be too impudent but... are the any news on Cyrus 2.3 for Debian? No words about it since September - and there are too useful features there (such as Sieve body extension) to miss. It's being worked on, but not yet published. Im' not speaking in Debian's name, but if you don't mind using an experimental package (but successfully deployed by myself on site with 500 users and more than 10,000 mailboxes), try the packages here : http://www.pragmatic-source.com/Cyrus-Imapd-2-3-7-for-the-Linux. Please note that migration from version 2.2 to 2.3 is *untested*. The experimental Debian version is exactly the same, except for the patch number 95 that I added, whose purpose is explained on my site. Any feedback you may have will help us build the final 2.3 version faster.
