Bug#844688: Firefox - compile with jack audio output support
Any chance of this happening? Or should we _abandon all hope_ ? Thanks a lot!
Bug#988351: Apparently fixed: «GIMP crashing when a Qt clipboard manager or another Qt application with similar clipboard interaction is running»
Hi, apparently[0] this was a Qt bug and already fixed in newer versions: > The Qt bug (QTBUG-56595)[1] causing this has been fixed - see #789 (comment 1246287)[2]. Once updated Qt versions (or backports) spread across distros, the crashes with GTK 2.x applications will disappear, and with GTK 3.x applications copy&paste should start to work in previously affected environments. Just reporting here for anyone who stump upon it. :) Kind regards! Bug#851855: Working fine in xterm and lxterminal
This issue is not present in pcmanfm 1.3.2-1 both with xterm and lxterminal. Just informing. Best regards!
Bug#995048: FIXED
Hi, this issue seems to have been fixed upstream. PCManFM is working fine in this matter right now. Maybe bug should be closed. Best regards!
Bug#971621: closed by Jeremy Sowden (Closing Bug #971621)
Hi, Jeremy. Thanks a lot for your answer and sorry that I couldn't respond in time. The bug is fixed indeed. Thanks again and kind regards! Bug#973851: I/O: Audio ALSA fixes it
Not sure if the problem started with last update. I just tried Edit:Preferences:I/O and then choose Audio ALSA (instead of PulseAudio) and after restart MuseScore I have playback audio on notes input (i.e., seems to work fine). Also this new message: > AlsaDriver::write: snd_pcm_avail_update() (Broken pipe) Hope this helps.
Bug#972534: Last Flathub version also have the issue
Hi, this version from Flathub also seems to present the bug: ``` $ flatpak info net.scribus.Scribus Scribus - Open Source Page Layout and Desktop Publishing (DTP) ID: net.scribus.Scribus Referencia: app/net.scribus.Scribus/x86_64/stable Arquitectura: x86_64 Rama: stable Version: 1.5.6.svn License: GPL-2.0+ Origen: flathub Collection: org.flathub.Stable Installation: system Installed: 237,2 MB Runtime: org.kde.Platform/x86_64/5.15 Sdk: org.kde.Sdk/x86_64/5.15 Commit: e993a0cce35338bb89524777ae8cf74d9c08f2ddf737e955f27348d6d698f188 Parent: 9fbda4095fde9bca78be078e743c76b4c87e4bcfd4a554aa42c8555a8e157437 Subject: scribus: update svn rev (85a5943b) Date: 2020-10-09 20:38:35 + ``` I have already filled an issue to them: https://github.com/flathub/net.scribus.Scribus/issues/25 Best regards.
Bug#972534: Official Scribus AppImage doesn't have the issue
Hi, I can confirm that the more recent AppImage available from Scribus website: https://sourceforge.net/projects/scribus/files/scribus-devel/1.5.5/ , doesn't present this problem. Clicking-selecting objects works as expected. In opposition, the reported version acts as if the region to select some lines were strangely amplified. Thanks!
Bug#962561: Duplicated bug-report?
This bug seems to be this other, previous one: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=917522 Best regards.
Bug#927124: Is API-key soliciting dialog being removed?
Hi, main developer (Flavio Tordini) says in [1] that: > For versions < 3.5 it should show a dialog. Which (if I understand correctly) should ask for user's own YouTube API key. Is that dialog being removed from Debian's minitube packages?, because I don't remember having saw at all, never. Thanks a lot. Bug#971016: Problem seems to be fixed in newer (Arch) version
Hi, just in case it's useful: I have just tested this issue in an updated Arch system and the problem doesn't exists (I think I tested it some time before and then problem was present, so, I suppose it get fixed). This is the version: leafpad 0.8.18.1-9 https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/leafpad/ + https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-packages/commit/deff4df70f9cf9e2ed3fd1438acd762c943d3ca2#diff-8d0411b338c83cd8cd8ad9d9db127101 But I can't see if there's something useful there... Hope this helps. Best regards.
Bug#969264: firmware-iwlwifi: failed to load iwl-debug-yoyo.bin (-2)
Thanks a lot, Salvatore! Your response has been really quick, informative and useful. I'm under the impression that the issue with the Wi-Fi connection pre-dates the upgrade in which I detected this warning - and so it would be non-related and calling for a merge - , but still not sure. I'll try to test the connection to find the cause of the problem. Any hint about how/with which tool could I do that? Thanks again, best regards.
