I added this package to the archive a while ago for my personal use, but
nowadays I am not using it anymore. Feel free to remove it from the
archive if it will make anyone's life better.

I understand a binNMU would be sufficient to fix this problem
(that will become RC during the Bookworm dev cycle).

But perhaps we could instead remove this package from testing/sid:

 - low popcon
 - leaf package
 - Last activity by the upstream maintainer on the GitHub project
seems to be from 6 years ago. And indeed, 6 years ago, upstream
wrote "I'm not really using the project myself"

Thoughts?

Lucas, I see you ITP'ed this package and introduced it in the archive,
so perhaps you're aware of good reasons to keep it around?

Cheers!

Dear Maintainer,

As part of the effort to limit the number of llvm packages in the
archive, it would be great if you could upgrade to -13 (or -12).

Bookworm won't ship with llvm-toolchain-11

llvm-defaults is now pointing to -13.

Thanks,
