Ola, I have added a fix in CVS. Can you please check if it works for you? How do you build the Debian ntop package? Do you have some new packaging files I should add to the CVS repository. I take the latest released version and apply the debian specific changes. This means that I add a debian directory, where the instructions are to build Debian packages. Because ntop and Debian do not have the same release plan I prefer to have them separated. After that I run dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot And after a while I have a working (hopefully) package. In this case I assume that I will backport it to 3.2 version of ntop and test on that version. Actually the error message was misleading and that code (added by Burton) IMHO was not necessary as it was making silly assumptions.
