Bug#339098: fai-cd cannot run on architecture's other than i386

I used reportbug from the wrong machine and didn't take care for the correct version number. The correct Version is 2.8.4, or any. does not exist (at least within debian) Did you open the bug to document this ? I made this report, as you can see in the report itself, to document something you said on fai-devel. Then it should probably be renamed to document that currently fai-cd is i386 only - as it's not impossible per se to support other archs. Well, I admit, there's a difference between cannot and doesn't which I didn't take into account. It's not impossible, but currently it doesn't work. As soon as there is an mkinitrd-cd for other architectures or someone solved the problem otherwise, it will work. But documentation is not enough. It's something that makes FAI not have the full feature range on non-i386, and this is a bug, from a user's point of view.
