jimtcl-0.74/jim-exec.c doesn't seem to be BSD-2, neither is
jimtcl-0.74/jimregexp.c, jim-sqlite3.c, sqlite3/*
Where did you get the information that some files are distributed
under apache-2.0?
They _were_ before 0.74, this has changed with the following upstream
commit, that I didn't see:

Not related to the copyright information:
debian/compat contains a 9, whereas debian/control just wants =8.9.
Isn't the override unneeded old stuff now?
Indeed. It doesn't hurt though, but I've updated it.
The first line of the changelog mentions the wrong version number.
