There is a new stable upstream release 2.0.3 avaliable. It is most bugfixes,
and in my experience consierabley more stable.

Thanks, I'll be following this discussion. I've just uploaded musescore
2.0.1+dfsg to Sid. It stills use the basic xpm icon, let's wait for
2.0.2 then we patch/improve what is needed. The musescore-soundfont-gm
will be broken until timgm6mb-soundfont is processed in NEW. I'll report
a serious bug to avoid it going to Testing.

Thanks a lot for your work on this, there're still many things to
improve, feel free to commit :)

I have found a source at [1], linked from [2]. I think this is
canonical. Note that the sf2 format is the preferred form for
modification for soundfonts, and so I believe it counts as source
anyway. For comparison, this is how fluid-soundfont is distributed.

rm thirdparty/rtf2html/rtf2html

but it probably needs updating..

I have now done this, and am just waiting until I finish packaging the
soundfont (see bug 715462) before uploading to experimental; I will move
the package from experimental to unstable when 2.0 is finally released,
which is due to happen in early 2015.

I'm busy this week, but the package ought to be be available in
experimental at the weekend or shortly thereafter.
