Hello Dimitry, hello Chris,
I just stepped over the answer to "Not-For-Us"
in [1] and [2] for the armel side.
[3] got opened in the meantime for armel side of gnucash too.

Kind regards,
Bernhard

Hello Dimitry, hello Chris,
being just curious, the mips part is from gnucash,
but I cannot make a clue out of the
armel "Not-For-Us" [1] for the build dependeny guile-2.2.
What does that mean?

Kind regards,
Bernhard

The problem is likely to be related but slightly different as this time it is
the test that fails...

grep-excuses claims:

missing build on armel: gnucash, python-gnucash (from 1:2.6.19-1)
missing build on mips: gnucash, python-gnucash (from 1:2.6.19-1)

Is there a bug for this? (Would you like one?)

This has been merged upstream; can we make a new upload to Debian?
gnucash has been out of testing for a while, alas. :(

(Not tagging /this/ bug as "fixed-upstream" as it's a separate issue AIUI...)

Thank you for checking build logs.

I know, I know - I've noticed it too and committed the patch already:

  https://salsa.debian.org/debian/gnucash/commit/e0c54914

It was entirely my fault to miss that but I'm not uploading the fix yet due
to unrelated FTBFS on i386 that I hope to address when upstream fixes it:

Bug#906609: fixed in gnucash 1:3.3-1

2018-10-03 Thread Bernhard Übelacker
Hello Dimitry,
I saw that a version 3.3-1 got uploaded so I had a look at the build
logs, but found some of them failing with this error:

/<>/libgnucash/engine/gnc-timezone.cpp:55:22: error:
operator '!' has no right operand
 #if ! WORDS_BIGENDIAN
  ^

I fear this happens because just the part of my patch in debian/rules
made it into this release.

Unfortunately for this to work the tiny second change in the upstream
file common/config.h.cmake.in is also important:

-#cmakedefine WORDS_BIGENDIAN
+#cmakedefine WORDS_BIGENDIAN 1

Kind regards,
Bernhard
