Hello,

I cannot access this website using ELinks (which uses GNUTLS in Debian),
unless I compile ELinks to use OpenSSL instead of GNUTLS. Can't this be fixed
  ?

The error that I get from elinks provided by Debian is:
Unable to retrieve https://tracker.debian.org/mlterm:
Resource temporarily unavailable
Retry without verification?

Selecting 'Yes', gives the same error again.

Done.

I did not add the keyword in the identifier because it does not makes
sense to me. The subscription is about a package and that's the level at
which you want to filter in a MUA.

You might want to reference the existing List-Id that the PTS uses, for
inspiration.

I would second this.

Just an idea.

And we would use package name + service name as identifier?

This would then give this for dpkg:

 List-Id:

I can add this if it's actually useful. Anyone seconding Simon's request?

Seconded.

Hmm, I would have thought to include keywords also:

Because I don't know of any MUA having special support for that header.

Right now, it's still not a good idea but it should not require too many
changes to make it possible AFAIK:
1/ fixing packages.debian.org to ignore such addresses when extracting
maintainers addresses (and in those cases forward mails only to the
   package tracker)
2/ fixing the BTS to use f...@packages.debian.org instead of sending a direct
mail to the maintainer + a copy to the package tracker.

Simon, Rhonda, would it be possible to implement (1) at the same time
when you update packages.debian.org to use the new addresse for the
forward to the package tracker ?

Same question for you Don, but with (2).

Just an idea.

Hi Raphaël,

great work !

I was just wondering: would it be now possible to use
@packages.debian.org as contact address (Maintainer field) for a
Debian package, or is it still impossible because of forward loops ?

Bonne journée,
