The plugins signaled sometimes ago on this list was for adm103x, on ibook G3, rev 2.2, for which I added a ioctl interface (and the useioctl module parameter). That's what I did for my gDesklet. It is not tremendously efficient, but works for me. I will have to study a bit the gkrellm plugin documentation, maybe I can work that out.
