Re: Heads up: ffmpeg transition (SONAME Change!)
Copy from irc: 09:50:56 siretart after short discussion with lool. I decided to upload ffmpeg as well. the two transitions are not entagled as far as we understand it -- Gruesse/greetings, Reinhard Tartler, KeyID 945348A4 -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of unsubscribe. [SRM] expediate next stable update?
Hi SRMs, The openssl issue has been fixed on the mirrors, but people installing Debian from CD still generate weak key material until they run their first apt upgrade, which is problematic because that upgrade doesn't automatically resolve problems with things generated in the past. To minimise discomfort and exposure, I think it's good if we could get to a next etch point update sometime soon. Is there a current schedule for the next point update? Do you think it can be pulled forward? cheers, Thijs pgpneSlOWPdkL.pgp Description: PGP signature

Re: New set of hints to be added for D-I Beta2
* Otavio Salvador [Mon, 19 May 2008 17:54:22 -0300]: unblock cdebconf/1.31 Unblock hint added, will migrate with tonight's britney and be there with tomorrow's first dinstall. (Version is 0.131, btw, not 1.31. In general, I'd prefer not to be given a version number, and let the tools take care of that -- which I have to do it anyway, to check there weren't any typos ;) Please also sync following packages: cdebconf-entropy aboot-installer Both udeb-only packages synced, will be there with tomorrow's first dinstall. I missed that haskelldb-hsql-mysql and haskelldb-hsql-postgresql still fail on hppa, because they need their respective haskell-hsql-* package, which isn't built yet.
