If you backport 2.88dsf-42 to spu (as in: a simple rebuild), feel free
to use 2.88dsf-42~deb7u1; otherwise, please use 2.88dsf-41+deb7u1.

Bug#707650: pu: package trac/0.12.5-3

Hi,

I'm using the Trac 0.12.5-3 package in production and can
confirm, that it is in a good state. The upgrade from wheezys
0.12.3-1 was completely transparent.

serna-free is already screwed due to sip4 (maintainer is aware and said to go
ahead anyway). Upstream took it closed source, so it's in a wait and see mode
to see if there will be a free fork developed. I think we should not worry
about it.

The rest, I went ahead and rebuilt locally and they all succeeded.

There's now a tracker at

indeed showing the smokeqt / qtruby dependency but also serna-free.

If we're not expecting any surprises, I think we could go ahead and get
both this and sip4 out of the way at the same time.

Stable update for sysvinit

Hi,

Would this be OK for wheezy r1 and OK to upload to s-p-u? The alternative
fix would be to have an unversioned Breaks, but that might preclude
bootchart being fixed in the future.

The tracker is so we can keep an eye on which packages would be involved
in which transitions. Please bear with us while we work out what might
be the best order to approach things in.

If there's a new version in unstable, why does it need removing from
testing? That doesn't make much sense. :-(

If you're looking at the output of grep-excuses, that needs fixing _in
unstable_. If we remove the package from testing, you'll still have a
package in unstable that can't migrate.

Any news on this? I know you're really busy handling all the
post-release transitions and the fallouts of the uncoordinated ones,
but Xfce is pretty much self-contained and it should be able to stay a
bit in unstable without preventing anything else to migrate, afaict.
