Hi,

I'd like to request a transition slot for marble18 and okular4, which are the
remaining parts of the kde4.13 release that require a transition.

Both transitions affect calligra, and thus I merged them into one, please
let me know if you prefer to deal with this any other way.

The new versions of the packages kdeplasma-addons and korundum are prepared to
be uploaded after the transition is approved. The other packages (calligra
digikam kphotoalbum subsurface smokekde) would require to be binNMUed.

Summary of the affected packages:

marble bumps marblewidget soversion to 18
affected: calligra digikam kdeplasma-addons kphotoalbum subsurface

okular bumps okularcore soversion to 4
affected: calligra smokekde korundum

Happy hacking.

irqbalance in wheezy does not work with the kernel in wheezy (bug

Possibly we could roll back irqbalance to a lower version
(1.0.3+really0.56-1?). Alternately, I could try backporting the kernel
API, which looks fairly easy. Before I do that, what would the release
 team prefer?

Backporting the kernel API sounds good to me.

Kind regards and thanks

Hi,

This is a small and self contained transition, libanalitza broke it's ABI
interface so we are bumping the soversion to 5ab1. The only affected packages
are cantor and kalgebra which are prepared and waiting for a green flag to
upload the tree packages

Thanks,

Uploading linux (3.2.60-1)

2014-06-11 Thread Ben Hutchings
I intend to upload linux version 3.2.60-1 to stable-proposed-updates at
the weekend. Let me know if there's a reason not to do this.

The pending changes are the fixes from 3.2.58 to 3.2.60 inclusive, drm
driver fixes from 3.4.87 to 3.4.92 inclusive, and rt-featureset fixes
from 3.2.56-rt82 to 3.2.58-rt85 inclusive.

If anyone has any other important fixes for wheezy that are just waiting
to be applied, please do so (or let me know). There are far too many
open bugs for me to keep track of them. I may try to deal with the
irqbalance compatibility issue (#748595) in this upload.

There are probably some driver updates that should go into the next
point release, but I don't know what should have highest priority and I
can't promise to spend any time on them. I think they would have to be
done in a later upload.

Ben.

Bug#750699: micro release from upstream!

2014-06-11 Thread Kees Cook
Yay! I was able to convince upstream to do a micro release, so now the
delta is tiny. I've attached the new debdiff, which shows just the cert
chain and algo updates, with user agent reporting for their end. Much much
better.

Just ignore me please. The bugs are also present in testing so they shouldn't
be a problem.
