Hi RMs,

Only three packages are affected: partclone, testdisk and wimlib. Test
rebuilds are fine on amd64 but as freeze is around the corner I can
test it on more architectures if needed.
The main note that it has an udeb so probably KiBi also would like to
ACK / NACK this transition.
