RM: cdd/testing -- ROM; Outdated and replaced

Please remove cdd source package from testing and unstable because these are outdated and replaced by the blends source package. Kind regards Andreas. Once the package is removed from unstable, britney will automatically try and remove it from testing. There's no need for a separate request for removal from testing.
