Available packages

Hi everybody!

I've got a question: I want to install an OS on a SPARC 64Bit machine, but I
haven't decided yet whether to choose Debian or not. My question is now
whether *all* the packages listed on packages.debian.org are available on a
SPARC machine or only a subset, and if only a subset, how I can query which
packages are available and which are not.

I don't remember if we had a place to query the stable archive for that,
but the ratio is something like 98%. That is, only a miniscule part of the
entire set of packages is missing. You can notice it on a case-by-case
basis when packages.debian.org omits a sparc package download link.

http://unstable.buildd.net/buildd/sparc_Not-For-Us.html shows the missing
packages for unstable. It may be exactly the same list as it is in stable,
because the graph seems pretty constant:
