Bonjour,

outre-manche : With great power comes great responsibility).

http://clefagreg.dnsalias.org/8.0/ClefAgreg-8.1.iso
http://clefagreg.dnsalias.org/8.0/exten ... plesmc.sqh
http://clefagreg.dnsalias.org/8.0/exten ... SB_8.1.sqh
http://clefagreg.dnsalias.org/8.0/exten ... Macb43.sqh
avec donc
http://clefagreg.dnsalias.org/8.0/extension_wifimac.sqh

Il suffirait donc de
http://clefagreg.dnsalias.org/8.0/ClefAgreg-8.1-rc1.iso (qui reprend les 3
rectificatifs) http://clefagreg.dnsalias.org/8.0/extension_wifimac.sqh

http://clefagreg.dnsalias.org/8.0/exten ... ia_8.1.sqh
http://clefagreg.dnsalias.org/8.0/exten ... rx_8.1.sqh

http://clefagreg.dnsalias.org/8.0/linuxlive-3.10
http://clefagreg.dnsalias.org/8.0/initrd.img-3.10

(renommer linuxlive-3.10 en linuxlive de même initrd.img-3.10 en initrd.img)
et l'extension

http://clefagreg.dnsalias.org/8.0/exten ... u_3.10.sqh

Les extensions

http://clefagreg.dnsalias.org/8.0/exten ... plesmc.sqh
http://clefagreg.dnsalias.org/8.0/exten ... ia_8.1.sqh
http://clefagreg.dnsalias.org/8.0/exten ... rx_8.1.sqh

Solution, passer au fork Mariadb.

He tenido poquísima
   numéricos y no alfabéticos.
   puedo tener acceso a internet.

   #The loopback network interface
   #auto lo
   #iface lo inet loopback

   #The primary network interface
   #allow-hotplug eth0
   #iface eth0 inet dhcp

   |# The loopback network interfaceauto loiface lo inet loopback
   # The primary network interfaceauto eth0|

Saludos...

O sea algun como una tercera OPT1???

¿Puedes probar esto?

Order deny,allow
Allow from all
Deny from 192.168.101.20
Deny from 192.168.1.254

Cualquier cambio requiere sacrificios, si realmente te interesa

2013-07-22 Thread Thiago Henrique Ferreira Zoroastro

sistema operacional).

Agora a internet via radio,

 Leia:
 http://wiki.debian.org/pt_BR/DebianReleases

encontra as maiores restrições. Leia a documentação do debian.

2013-07-22 Thread Helio Loureiro
Oi,

cabeada:

1) ip addr list
2) ip route list
3) time nslookup -type=any softwarelivre.org
4) ping -c 10 softwarelivre.org
5) (echo -e GET / HTTP/1.0\n\n ; sleep 3) | telnet softwarelivre.org 80
6) sudo traceroute -I softwarelivre.org

Apenas verifique antes se o comando traceroute existe no sistema:

[helio@truta ~] which traceroute
/usr/bin/traceroute

2013-07-22 Thread Shutdown -h now
Caros,

Aí me surgiu a seguinte dúvida:

Toda e qualquer ajuda é bem vinda.

When the file list is unknown (i.e., comes from a variable or pipe etc.)
it is often a good idea to separete options and filenames with the
pseudo-option --:

$ rm -i -- $(ls | tail -1)

This way filenames which look like options won't be used as options.

VLC Album art display problems

2013-07-22 Thread Rob van der Putten

Hi there

I run into some VLC album art display problems today. Some images that
where displayed in Squeeze aren't displayed in Wheezy.
The problem seems to be related to having a colon (':') in the album
title. EG; 'Foo: the complete works of bar'. Replacing the colon with an
other char and changing the dir name under ~/.cache/vlc/art/artistalbum/
accordingly solves the problem.

I'll see if there are other factors involved.

Regards,
Rob

Please don't cause unneeded traffic for TOR

2013-07-22 Thread Ralf Mardorf
Hi :)

Don't do anymore PRISM time!
http://prism-break.org/; - Signature from Rob van der Putten

Every media comes with all kinds of recommendations, just to have
something to talk about. Those recommendations usually are
self-defeating.

PRISM? I don't care, so I use the Vidalia package only when I really
need security. TOR until some weeks ago wasn't as slow as it was years
ago, it was very fast, but regarding to the hysteria it doesn't work
anymore, The connection has timed out.

Keep in mind, if you're against PRISM it's also useful to give them
useless information. There's no need to use TOR, if you look a vocable
up.

A drawback of the Vidalia package is, that it doesn't safe a browsing
history. Ok, it's an advantage regarding to security, but not for
averaged browsing.

I'm against intelligence agencies. I wonder that people are surprised
about the latest news. Smart people were aware of this 10 years ago and
even before we had the Internet.

Please don't block TOR by unneeded traffic, reconsider that in the past
people didn't take care about trackers, social networks, while even
silly people were aware that all the analytic and social networks are
risky. People tended to allow java etc. ...

and now hysteria or I want to fake that I'm a computer expert does
freeze TOR for people who really need it.

Please stop sing TOR just for fun!

TIA,
Ralf

I currently use the gnome network monitor tool, however, its

 the vertical axis labels are:

 20.0 KiB/s
 40.0 KiB/s
 60.0 KiB/s
 80.0 KiB/s
 00.0 KiB/s

The fastest is supposed to be on the top, but what speed is it?
I have no idea. This happens all the time. Other times I see
all labels being 0.00 KiB/s. Even when the labeling is correct,
the scaling is usually bad, so the entire graph extends to all
 1/5 the height.

There must be a better application.

I'm testing on Wheezy and64 and I'm running into a circular
dependency.

Installing openjdk-6-jre-lib complains that openjdk-6-jre-headless
is not configured yet. Installing openjdk-6-jre-headless complains
that openjdk-6-jre-lib is not configured yet. Both packages are
then left unconfigured.

I also cannot install openjdk-6-jre because that depends on
openjdk-6-jre-headless.

This is a long shot but for some reason I was reminded of
having trouble with a non-debian script a few months ago, that
also asked to be run by /bin/sh (as your attachment did).

At the time, on my wheezy system (while it was still in testing),
/bin/sh pointed to dash, not bash, so the script didn't work
right. I fixed it with dpkg-reconfigure dash.

So you could check if the /bin/sh on the two systems points to
the same shell with the same version.

When I saw this I checked my grub situation as I knew that I was running

I was actually using grub2 generically since it is split into so many

Thanks for the response, and sorry for the confusion.

Cannot use GnuPG with Icedove in my desktop but can in my laptop

2013-07-22 Thread Ken Heard
I have a laptop and a desktop. Both have squeeze, the latest versions
of icedove (10.0.12-1) and enigmail (2:1.4.1-2) from squeeze-backports
and gnupg (1.4.10-4+squeeze1) from squeeze installed.

On the laptop I can digitally sign my e-mails, but I cannot on the
desktop. The laptop can find the gnupg key list (~/.pubring.gpg?),
but the desktop cannot. (In both computers I can see the key list,
including my key, by clicking on the lock in the panel.)

I tried using the wizard available from the OpenPGP button on the
Icedove top level tool bar. In the laptop it finds my personal key,
but not in the Desktop. In the wizard on the desktop I entered the
gnupg keylist file (~/.pubring.gpg) on the page where the wizard asks
for it, but the list did not appear.

After trying but failing to send a signed message from the desktop the
following message is returned:

Send operation aborted.

Error - encryption command failed

gpg command line and output:
/usr/bin/gpg
gpg: skipped 0xE9099937: secret key not available
gpg: [stdin]: clearsign failed: secret key not available

So icedove knows my correct keypass but cannot find the key. The
desktop would presumably know my keypass because I started to use
icecove enigmail on the laptop and later transferred my icedove mail
and config files from the laptop to the desktop.

To be able to send e-mails from the desktop I had to disable the
option to sign them.

Can anybody suggest how I can rectify this strange behaviour in the
desktop?

Regards, Ken Heard

Strange Problem with Executable File

2013-07-22 Thread Stephen P. Molnar
I have installed Debian v 7.1.0 and Debian Testing in 2 different
implementations of VMWare Player on my 64 bit laptop to use as test
beds before deploying software to my 7.1.0 production machine.

I have run into a rather strange problem when I installed MOPAC2012.
The author furnishes the program as a compiled MOPAC2012.exe even
though it's compiled as a Linux program, and, in fact, runs in v-7.1.0

Testing version, but when I attemtp to execute the program I get the
following:

computation@inga:/opt/mopac$ ./MOPAC2012.exe 7840404a15291320
bash: ./MOPAC2012.exe: No such file or directory
computation@inga:/opt/mopac$

The permissions are -rwxr-xr-x

I happen to be a chemist, not a programmer, and would greatly
appreciate some guidance as to a solution to this prroble.

Thanks in advance

What is the output of

and

ls -l /opt/mopac

I doubt that it's in /opt/mopac

If you currently run any application using Java (i.e. depending on openjdk-6-jre
or openjdk-6-jdk), simply install the updated packages and simply continue to
use that app. If everything breaks, please tell. If not, please tell as well.

If especially interested in feedback on the browser plugin. I'm pretty confident
no app will break with the base packages, but especially for oldstable the
version bump is significant.

don't consciously use Java much, and would not know how to set about doing

The Youtube plugins don't use Java, so that's not a sufficient test case.

I could, of course test to see if I get the same circular dependancy as Rob

Feeding all the debs you've installed into a single dpkg -i invocation should
fix that (that's what apt would do for you if you install the packages from
security.debian.irg).

You can figure out the currently installed java Version by running

dpkg --list | grep 6b27-1.12

Then you can download all the respective debs and execute

dpkg -i x.deb y.deb

Thanks again for putting me onto the wiki link.

After using gnome 2 for several years I changed to lxde a few
months ago. I find the lxde project is simpler in ambition, and
that suits me better. I've found that the docs that helped me
most are not hosted on lxde sites, and it took some effort to
find them. Here are the ones that I found useful, which allowed
me to create a gnome-2-like desktop with launch icons in the
top panel (toolbar), and a task switcher at the bottom.
I mention them here in case they might interest you also.

 https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/LXDE
 http://wiki.debian.org/LXDE
 http://wiki.debian.org/Openbox

Thanks for these. Except for a couple of them I hadn't run across them
in my searches.

The wiki.debian.org/Openbox site says to edit shortcuts in the rc.xml
file, not the lxde-rc.xml. Looking at them I couldn't tell the
difference except that the rc.xml seems more extensive. I'll have to
jump on the lxde list and try to find out what's going on. If nothing
there, I'll look for an openbox list.

Oh well, the hunt goes on.

and a couple of commands that are sometimes useful:
$ lxpanelctl restart# immediately reloads changed
 config files
 $ pcmanfm --desktop-pref

The last one is how you can recover after you've set the lxde desktop
context menu to be the openbox one, and the openbox one
does not give any way to change it back to the lxde one!

The last point might be relevant to you because you might want to
take a look at the openbox menu. If I recall correctly, it is defined in
the same xml file. It seems that lxde uses the xdg menu system (which
requires .desktop files as lkubaski explains), whereas openbox seems
to use the debian-menu system which is different. Consequently on this
pc I see many more applications available in the openbox menu
than in the lxde menu. I imagine that all of these applications would
be potentially available for you to create (in openbox) hotkeys, and
I'd expect these hotkeys to work in lxde, even though you can't necessarily
see those applications in the lxde menus. But, I haven't tried this myself,
because I use launch icons here, not hotkeys.

 Anyway, good luck with lxde!

 Regards
 David

Re: Strange Problem with Executable File

I have run into a rather strange problem when I installed MOPAC2012.
The author furnishes the program as a compiled MOPAC2012.exe even
though it's compiled as a Linux program, and, in fact, runs in
v-7.1.0 in the VMWare Player. I installed exactly the same
executable in the Testing version, but when I attemtp to execute
the program I get the following:

  computation@inga:/opt/mopac$ ./MOPAC2012.exe 7840404a15291320
bash: ./MOPAC2012.exe: No such file or directory

This indicates that the interpreter for MOPAC2012.exe is missing,
which can happen if it's a 32-bit program and you don't have
 libc6-i386 installed.

I happen to be a chemist, not a programmer, and would greatly
appreciate some guidance as to a solution to this prroble.

 Install libc6-i386 and retry.

Many thanks. Missing libraries i386 were the problem! Al is now well!!

Re: Cannot use GnuPG with Icedove in my desktop but can in my laptop

2013-07-22 Thread Richard Lawrence
Hi Ken,

Ken Heard kensli...@teksavvy.com writes:

You've probably already checked this, but are you sure you have your
*secret* key on the desktop, and not just your public key? How did you
move your secret key from the laptop (or wherever it was created) to
your desktop? Do you see your key in the output of

$ gpg --list-secret-keys

on the desktop?

HTH,
Richard

Where is menuconfig?

2013-07-22 Thread Pete Orrall
Hi All,

I'm trying to build a new kernel for a Wheezy machine and I need
menuconfig. However, when I do the following:

#: apt-get install menuconfig

The following is returned:

E: Unable to locate package menuconfig.

I've searched packages.debian.org for it and found nothing. What's
going on? Am I missing something?

TIA,

GEdit mail mode?

2013-07-22 Thread Eric d'Halibut
I have been floundering around the web looking for whatever plugin or
plugin(s) are needed to make GEdit useful as an editor, say, with
mutt. I thought this info would have leapt off the screen at me, but
here I am asking my patient deb-user friends yet another OT question!

What I expect mostly from an email-savvy editor is that it honors
quote prefixes -- i.e. '' -- while it re-wraps paragraphs under
composition.

I will give all replies my earnest attention!

Thanks all,

No no no, my fish's name is Eric, Eric the fish. He's an halibut. I am
not a looney! Why should I be tarred with the epithet looney merely
because I have a pet halibut?

Isn't menuconfig just an option in the kernel source makefile? You do
make menuconfig. It's not a package.

I hope that this is not too much off topic.

Does anyone know the name of the UPC font that is used for example:
grocery packages?

Where can I download the fonts?

TIA
