Erro Start DHCP

Galera,

to com esse problema quando dou start no dhcp.

Gustavo, você deve declarar uma subnet para seu servidor dhcp.
Existe um exemplo de como fazer isso na man page do dhcpd.

Cola o ifconfig aqui para nós te explicarmos melhor. Por padrão vem
configurado a eh0. Coloca a eth1 e vê se funfa.

Uma coisa é uma coisa... Outra coisa é outra coisa!
Lá nas mensagens de erro estava mencionado que você deveria editar o 
dhcpd.conf e não dhcp.conf
