Is mosfet's important, or would mosfet's image viewer and batch-manipulation program for KDE be sufficient? (And then is for KDE needed either?). It integrates quite deep into KDE but it is a program outside of KDE. Second, mosfet is quite widely known for the work he did inside KDE so people will look for the string mosfet most likely. BTW Max Reiss filed an ITP for pixie which is the same as pixieplus. I talked with him yesterday and he will upload pixieplus as soon as he has time over this weekend or next week so this ITP is obsolete then. Therefore I want to give up these two packages. I will keep maintaining them until a new owner is found. wdg-html-validator is as the name suggests a way to validate HTML documents against various DTDs. There is a CGI script and a standalone commandline validator. Both are written in perl. wdg-html-reference is a set of guides to HTML 3.0, 3.2, and 4.0. It is a set of web pages which can be used by themselves or as part of the validator. (Therefor it makes sense for the same person to take both.) For the main part, they are pretty low-maintainence and currently bug-free. -- Jaldhar H.
