As a programming language, Pico Lisp provides a 1-to-1 mapping of a clean and powerful Lisp derivate, to a simple and efficient virtual machine. It supports persistent objects as a first class data type, resulting in a database system of Entity/Relation classes and a Prolog-like query language tightly integrated into the system. State frequencies and other parameters of the model may be given and site-specific rate heterogeneity may also be incorporated in a number of ways. Any number of trees may be read in and the program will produce any number of data sets for each tree. Thus large sets of replicate simulations can be easily created. It has been designed to be a general purpose simulator that incorporates most of the commonly used (and computationally tractable) models of molecular sequence evolution. --- End Message --- --- Begin Message --- Source: seq-gen Source-Version: 1.3.2-1 We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of seq-gen, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive: seq-gen_1.3.2-1.debian.tar.gz to main/s/seq-gen/seq-gen_1.3.2-1.debian.tar.gz seq-gen_1.3.2-1.dsc to main/s/seq-gen/seq-gen_1.3.2-1.dsc seq-gen_1.3.2-1_amd64.deb to main/s/seq-gen/seq-gen_1.3.2-1_amd64.deb seq-gen_1.3.2.orig.tar.gz to main/s/seq-gen/seq-gen_1.3.2.orig.tar.gz A summary of the changes between this version and the previous one is attached. It is intended to allow for quick and painless creation of XML documents where you might otherwise be tempted to use concatenated strings, and where you would rather not face the tedium and verbosity of coding with JAXP. Internally, XML Builder uses JAXP to build a standard W3C Document model (DOM) that you can easily export as a string, or access and manipulate further if you have special requirements. My motivation for packaging this is that it is required to support packaging of jets3t (which is required to support the jenkins-ec2-plugin) --- End Message --- --- Begin Message --- Source: java-xmlbuilder Source-Version: 0.4-1 We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of java-xmlbuilder, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive: java-xmlbuilder_0.4-1.debian.tar.gz to main/j/java-xmlbuilder/java-xmlbuilder_0.4-1.debian.tar.gz java-xmlbuilder_0.4-1.dsc to main/j/java-xmlbuilder/java-xmlbuilder_0.4-1.dsc java-xmlbuilder_0.4.orig.tar.gz to main/j/java-xmlbuilder/java-xmlbuilder_0.4.orig.tar.gz libjava-xmlbuilder-java-doc_0.4-1_all.deb to main/j/java-xmlbuilder/libjava-xmlbuilder-java-doc_0.4-1_all.deb libjava-xmlbuilder-java_0.4-1_all.deb to main/j/java-xmlbuilder/libjava-xmlbuilder-java_0.4-1_all.deb A summary of the changes between this version and the previous one is attached. Bug#507436: Update...
... now that the debian chemistry team has packaged and uploaded jmol, I have no choice bu to finish the packaging of jalview. Castor has also reached debian, which is good, and leaves only vamsas (as far as I can tell) as unpackaged dependencies. I'll dig into that later on this week (or next week). The update is the following (a typo in the bug report may lead to my intents being quite unclear): I think it is OK to sponsor the package in Debian with the following conditions : - rename it to follow the current pkg-fonts package naming policy, so "fontS-anonymous-pro" (we're discussing about making the "foundry" part in package names an optional component and I think there is consensus that it hasn't to be mandatory) - move the package under the pkg-fonts team umbrella and host the package development in its SVN repository - check, of course, that the packaging work is OK (the latter is not specific to this package, of course) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-wnpp-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". It is a database designed to do just one task but do it well. It is primarily designed for multinode 64-bit clusers, but its author once told me it could also easily be configured to be the "SQLite of RDF", i.e. a small, no-config database with good performance with the added benefit over SQLite that it would work well for heterogenous data. It would be interesting to have a debconf script that could ask the user a simple question of whether it would be in a role as a "small database", "single node database" or a "multihost clustered database". Some packaging effort is underway, see e.g.: http://dev.squarecows.com/2009/07/17/4store-rdf-database/ >From the upstream web page: 4store's main strengths are it's performance, >scalability and stability. It does not provide many features over and above >RDF storage and SPARQL queries, but if your are looking for a scalable, >secure, fast and efficient RDF store, then 4store should be on your shortlist. 4store is primarily intended to run on Linux platforms, but it is known to work on single Mac OS X machines. It depends on the Avahi multicast DNS library. It contains a SPARQL HTTP Protocol server, and uses Redland, which is already in Debian. -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0.3 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable'), (90, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) --- End Message --- --- Begin Message --- Source: 4store Source-Version: 1.1.2-1 We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of 4store, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive: 4store_1.1.2-1.debian.tar.gz to main/4/4store/4store_1.1.2-1.debian.tar.gz 4store_1.1.2-1.dsc to main/4/4store/4store_1.1.2-1.dsc 4store_1.1.2-1_amd64.deb to main/4/4store/4store_1.1.2-1_amd64.deb 4store_1.1.2.orig.tar.gz to main/4/4store/4store_1.1.2.orig.tar.gz A summary of the changes between this version and the previous one is attached. Bug#591327: ITP: -- This extension allows you to undo closed tabs via a toolbar button
Hi Ludwin, I was working on this package on friday morning when there wasn't your ITP (I see it just now). It's my fault: I had to retitle this RFP before and I had to check if in the meantime someone is interested to package it also. Actually, my package is already done but feel free to tell me what do you prefer. Once again, sorry for my mistake. Cheers, Fabrizio. Bug#588216: RFS: BaseX - Native XML Database
Hi, I updated my Debian package for BaseX to the new upstream version 6.6.1 BaseX is a native XML database written in Java without any further dependencies. I have done packaging using the maven-helper tools. In first place, I would appreciate any feedback on how I could improve the package. Furthermore I'm looking for a sponsor for the package, if there is any interest. The files are available from both http://files.basex.org/debian/ and http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/b/basex/ The upstream sources are hosted on github https://github.com/BaseXdb/basex The debian files can be cloned from https://github.com/BaseXdb/basex-dist/tree/master/linux/debian In case you are visiting the Linuxtag 2011 in Berlin, there is an 1 hour talk on BaseX, it is scheduled May 13, 11:00 - 12:00 (Room Europa II) [1]. Getting in touch with DDs there would be awesome. Kind regards, Alex [1] http://www.linuxtag.org/2011/de/program/freies-vortragsprogramm/rednerliste/vortragsdetails.html?talkid=383 -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-wnpp-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Bug#612297: Bug#612296: bacula and bacula-doc
John already demoted himself from 'Admin' to 'Developer', I guess he wants to come back in the future ;-), what about Christoph and Turbo? On Mon, 11 Apr 2011 15:38:29 +0200, Gerfried Fuchs wrote: My relation to the package was work-related (same as with John) and actually dropped from me two years ago. So someone from the upcoming maintenance team would be a perfect fill-in here. Same here. I haven't even used Bacula in a few years. FWIW, I started to use Bacula on production systems, i.e. on squeeze, thus if none of the other upcoming maintainers will do, I will for sure provide backports for squeeze, since I need them anyway. For me, go right a head... -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-wnpp-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
